Health Wise Presentations, Workshops & Talks in 2020/21
Our practitioners love to teach and empower the community with their skills and knowledge. We aim to increase awareness of the fact that to be truly well, and function optimally, we all need a balanced foundation of physical, emotional, mental and spiritual self care.
Our workshops are specially chosen to provide an opportunity to explore various modalities with that goal in mind.
Courses will vary throughout the year through a mix of online programs and in person workshops
The difference between dieting and nutrition is nourishment. The aim is to give your body what it needs to help you enjoy the best life available to you. Eating the right things at the right times looks different from person to person as circumstances and physiology differs.
Mum & Daughter body image & diet
We will be offering an eating disorder prevention program which reduces thin-ideal internalisation, body dissatisfaction, negative mood, unhealthy dieting, and eating disorder symptoms. This intervention is designed for mums and daughters and has had great success across Australia.
Living with a cancer diagnosis can be scary, we help to create a support network around you and teach you to look after yourself on a physical, mental and emotional level. The Health Hub offers meditation, hypnosis, support and workshops to provide wellness tools and education to support you on all levels.
A conversation about the epidemic of Thyroid issues like hypothyroid, hashimoto’s and graves disease. Many of us are struggling with feeling hormonally off, intense PMS, infertility, or a recent thyroid diagnosis, but fail to understand the root cause. We help you tackle all of these questions and symptoms guiding you on a path to health.
